HIGH stands for alternatives. There are 8 floors of shops and at the last the homonymous television station that was founded in 1980. We have seen come and go only very young because it has always been their venue in the area. Popular meeting spot, you cant miss the gigantic screen, only problem is it feel like half the population of the world are also in on it!

Liz Lisa shop staff here were so kind and helpful. She went and retrieved a pair of shoes (from another Liz Lisa shop I think) in my size because they didn't have any in my size at this shop. Very helpful and understanding of my poor Japanese.
