Surrounded by some of Tokyo's tallest buildings, Shinjuku Chuo Park offers opportunities for strolling, playing, and picnicking under cherry trees. Look for a set of 12 hanging bells that constitute a sculpture call the "Peace Carillion." Young families and office employees remain the most frequent visitors of the park. • Shinjuku Central Park is close so many times, but this time went for the first time early in the morning. Early in the morning was quiet and close to the busy streets of Shinjuku. It is surprisingly green, like urban oasis. It is a nice view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building, Shinjuku skyscrapers.
