The clock in the lobby area is really cool, and it's very near the Shinjuku Metropolitan Government building (and its 230m high free observatory)so you can stop by and catch this with close to zero ex... more »

Wanted to visit the Tokyo Metropolitan Govt Building next door at 9pm but it was closed, so the friendly security guard guided me here.great view of the city from the 45th floor, open till 11. Entry is free. There are various shops and restaurants at the observatory floor.
