Submerge yourself in an underwater world at Shinagawa Aquarium, displaying a vast array of marine life for the whole family to enjoy. Located on the west side of the bay, the aquarium houses 10,000 animals of 450 different species. Stroll along the 22 m (72 ft) long tank tunnel as sea turtles, tiger sharks, stingrays, and seals swim all around you. Stop by the reef ecosystem area, which exhibits a colorful display of coral organisms and tropical fish. A dolphin show--for many, the highlight here--runs four times a day in the outdoor stadium. • From my house near a luxury for the entered with the opening in the morning. From Omori-Kaigan station and 5-10 minutes is not enough. Usually Tuesday is closed, but open daily during the summer vacation. For breakfast in the morning was the one still customers less for fish and many take pictures too! It is also Aquarium are listed in the brochure, but also various treatments, such as dolphin and seal shows and thoroughly enjoyable. Dining options are not in the building, only vending machines. Would like to dine out once, in close proximity to restaurants. Be assured because you can re-enter if you show even once out of stub. Outside is mad cool building in teriyaki sauce, so in the summer lies ahead for recommended locations are travelling with children.

  • Went with a friend who lived in Tokyo in a dolphin show and say things. I the animals look natural in nature like. However, the dolphin was struck by heart. And have spent much time and hard work, so far to learn it's tears were in. The dolphins would be different opinions, but trying hard to grateful. If you go to the Aquarium the dolphins their best look. Other amenities include a large number of fish and reptiles. And cute Capybara is, such as penguins and sea lions show. I think we are going to play when we went so close to Shinagawa Station Shinagawa Aquarium. Adult rides.

  • Smaller than we anticipated. The enclosures for these animals are really small, but the animal life seems happy - the dolphins have lots of social scrapes that lead us to believe they're very active and happy. The staff are very good and the aquarium is very clean. Absolutely loved the Sea Lion, though he seemed quite lonely, but he gave me a kiss through the glass! Don't miss the Grey Reef Sharks.
  • Great fun for kids. Dolphin show. It's not flashy and "high quality" like the skytree aquarium, but had good time and very nice displays. Its a bit small.
  • We had a wonderful time here yesterday! While not a large aquarium it had plenty of interesting exhibits. We loved being able to walk thru the tunnel in a large tank full of amazing fish and turtles while they were being fed. The dolphin show was very entertaining and fun!
  • I've had a quite funny storry with the Aquarium: it had many ratings and good reviews as an Aquarium near Tokyo center. So I've looked through many options, and I've missplaced the days when was opened. So when I've got there, I've realised that was the only day when it was closed and I was really embarrassed about it. So, my bad. But the Aquarium is sorrounded by a beautiful park, where you can enjoy a great time. So I will definitely checkout next time the Shinagawa Aquarium when I'll visit Tokyo! Really looking forward for the fish tunnel!
  • A small aquarium but fun trip if you have kids. In our case we had to switch trains at Shinagawa Station, but it was still worth it. From the train station there are signs showing the right direction and after a short walk you will arrive at the aquarium. It can be crowded during weekends but it's a great way to spend a few hours.
