  • Use a one-day trip bus ticket by Sanden to reach Chofu. It is 720 yen which you can buy at Shimonoseki Station or at Karato bus stop. Then, you can enjoy Karto area and Chofu area easily. I recommend ...  more »
  • From Shimonoseki City route 9 East about 10 km drive through and Chofu tourist center on the left. Park here and walk north along the platform equipment, followed by tourist attractions such as oida mountain head fire monument, Chofu clan Samurai residence mark, lol Temple and Gong Temple is located at the end. And dotted with restaurants, is a great walking trails. On the way back is a recommend furue Street South.

  • Is a complex, residential structure, still clean save scenic old Castle. Has remained so opposed that contemporary-style houses and old Samurai residences now formality without sacrificing. Over time this town, try walking. Enjoy the atmosphere of the castle is probably in one day all that history, but the modern now live with. To the pulpit furniture River from Chofu Mouri residence fell straight to the South of Auld Lang Syne and quite famous. It was indeed a beautiful river. Walk to town, might go picking season. Villafuerte Castle by the four seasons.
