  • Very good collections of edo period imari ware. Exhibitions always come with detailed explanations (even in english) and a careful choice of displays.
  • The museum is a quaint location displaying traditional edo period woodpress artwork. Its a nice place to visit especially if you want get away from the crowded streets. Just as heads up, the are three galleries all on different floors (1f, 2f, and bf), admission is cheap, running 1000 yen.
  • It is a quiet and exclusive atmosphere of luxury housing is separated from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya from Shibuya Station, 15 minutes walk from Shibuya-Bunkamura immediately behind the scenes is that the matches around the Museum. Collection of ornamental for pottery and porcelain including Imari, Nabeshima ware is the main Museum. You can see the essence of art and technology aspects is exported for Europe royalty and titled nobility under the protection of the clan, made for gifts to the Shogun and daimyo in Japan and developed from. This is obvious highlights differences in historical development, design and manufacturing technology based on the grouped into themes, so if you don't recognise in China. Take time to watch is not a big Museum, read the instructions carefully and, as I am tired. We recommend watching while the rest sometimes.
