  • 6 floors of wonders for kuwaii style but not only. Puppets, 3D puzzles, trains and much more. Perfect for children but also for those who basically never grew:-)

  • Was surprised to see how small the place is. It was a public holiday so it was really crowded, the lift was so busy we waited almost 20min to get in. The toys are great but I found Yodabashi in Kichij...  more »
  • Because you WILL walk out with a purchase (or fifteen). I know I did. During my visit, the Star Wars fever was still on, so many exhibits featured lots of Japan-only Star Wars toys.

  • This was a very cool store. Each floor had a theme, and the floors I were interested in were the floors with Star Wars and Hello Kitty merchandise. I purchased two Hello Kitty bags for my wife and they put them in a very nice Hello Kitty shopping bag. My wife loved the bags I bought for her and the shopping bag they came in.
  • My all time favorite kid store in Tokyo. I make sure to go every time I'm in Japan. Great selection of toys for small and tall. I always end up spending too much :S
  • This store is 5 floors of various characters both western and Japanese. Spent a good 30 minutes browsing the floors, each floor has its own set of characters so everything is quite organized. Prices are moderate and if you spend over 5400 yen it will be tax free! There is also a small selection of Pokemon cards available here which is part of the reason I went, as well as a few other trading card games.
  • Must visit for locals/natives, adults/children! So. Many. Floors of amazingness! Great for Ghibli lovers, Lego lovers, Sanrio (Hello Kitty, Gudetama) & Disney fans. Edibles, stationary, stuffed toys, they have it all. Just go! It's affordable too!
  • This is one of the coolest hobby and toy store that you can find in Tokyo. They have 5 floors full of things that will make you smile, no matter how old you are. For example the whole 4th floor is full of Hello Kitty stuff. On the first floor you can find a complete collection of Nanoblocks (Japanese version of LEGO.. only smaller!) and other things. I could spend hours here just browsing around the store. If you're a foreigner, make sure to bring your passport, as they have tax free shopping here. Considering tax is close to 10%, it's really a good deal. It's conveniently located in the heart of Shibuya as well, easily reached by public transportation.
