Is a Shinto shrine located at the top of the stairs. Especially facilities that had not so at need step all the way are not interested may not be. So, I visited were setsubun 2/3 just had beans every 30 minutes. Not just the beans, was throwing a good stick and Gunma Bank tissue. And the timing is auspicious, so adjust the schedule if at all possible events are doing to go looks good.
