Museum of Aeronautical Sciences, Shibayama-machi

At Museum of Aeronautical Sciences, see how Japanese aviation has changed over time. At one of the most popular exhibits, you can enter and explore plane simulators for several aircrafts. Visit the observation deck on the third floor with a view of a nearby airport. The restaurant on the fourth floor also gives a good view of airplanes landing and taking off, while the fifth floor features a model of a flight control tower. Commentaries and displays are in Japanese. Around the museum, green areas with smaller aircrafts on display serve as pleasant picnic areas. Visit while I ever want to go, let's go, come on by and is unfortunately not located to blocked access from Narita Airport on the car as long as no ideal. We learned things out and direct Highway bus from Tokyo station, there is a set, such as a bus trip and tickets. Had unfortunately already had crossed the plan because the plan does not use much sooner to know-sorry chagrin with enough trip could plan. Next time I must not use I-Chan. Summer holidays & Bon I'm opening go Simulator fully be able to fit it-and if you think the August opening earlier than normal at 9:00! I went hard. Normal opening hours 10 a.m. room was finished if you saw around 11 a.m. Simulator is still part of the afternoon, but by the time it occurred. If you can 2 times, I was scratching my greed is not description (lol) fifth floor observation deck of a fun time, I listened. What's parent-child large children's Museum-and while I went just meet at home like airplane! There is a chance you want to go again.

Reasonably available if you visit on a weekday, we just talked. Precious plane in addition to the exhibition of the history of the plane, and on the outdoor, the top floor is modeled after the control tower appears in front of Narita International Airport. Airport departure lobby bench has been installed, so bought the juice in the vending machine and was Chillin' watching planes take off and land.

Watching the plane's engine and cockpit throughout and around the aircraft to land from the fifth-floor Observatory floor, the plane to take off. Small plane is exhibited in the garden outside. Sitting in the cockpit, excellent steering feel is a little old. I think children enjoy coarse airplane and helicopter.

A great aviation display of retired planes used in Japan! Awesome fun for the little (& big) kids to jump in & have a go at the controls!
