(4/5 based on 180+ reviews on the web)
At Museum of Aeronautical Sciences, see how Japanese aviation has changed over time. At one of the most popular exhibits, you can enter and explore plane simulators for several aircrafts. Visit the observation deck on the third floor with a view of a nearby airport. The restaurant on the fourth floor also gives a good view of airplanes landing and taking off, while the fifth floor features a model of a flight control tower. Commentaries and displays are in Japanese. Around the museum, green areas with smaller aircrafts on display serve as pleasant picnic areas. • On the way to the Inn of the Asahi-Cho, stopped by the Museum of Aeronautical Sciences in Tokyo Narita Airport. I'm let go once ago and thought. Gliding from the observation tower on the Southeast side of Narita's main runway 34 L and channel 34 entire L and overlooks the airport maintenance area. We have in the southerly wind on the day from the North towards the South take off one after the other, and see the planes landing. And doing play-by-play of the airplane just in the Observatory staff who takes off and lands to the destination / origin of North America and Europe and an aircraft story flowed one after another, I was feeling completely went on a trip abroad. Now I want to come slowly.

  • Because the Junk market aircraft parts and aircraft was being held 3/11 12, visited with family. And arrived at the 10:10 morning, put in place waiting for about 20 minutes. Staff just what from not know parts see model a real airplane seats, etc. Guests can enjoy a Museum entrance fees alone.

  • Japanese aviation is very good, and you can learn more about it here!
  • Interesting
  • Hands-on tours of section 41 of the 500 yen, so please look at it? The plane and where it shows include Japan business relationship. I think even though families and couples can enjoy the place.

  • Like the plane is the best place. Engaging aircraft arriving and departing at 5th floor models and nowhere will explain better. Free parking / admission: adults 500 yen and can be enjoyed at a reasonable price.

  • The want to see the aircraft at Narita Airport. I think that the airliner to see simply because it found the takeoff and landing without bouncing, or terminal of Narita International Airport observation deck viewing position. Good paying entry fees, taxi and airliner on the tarmac at the observation deck is. Even watching the plane pass over aircraft exhibition space of the Museum before the timing is quite powerful. Depending on the time in the observation room and deck, official says (maybe volunteers? ) Of the like to hear a detailed explanation.
