Science Museum
At Museum of Aeronautical Sciences, see how Japanese aviation has changed over time. At one of the most popular exhibits, you can enter and explore plane simulators for several aircrafts. Visit the observation deck on the third floor with a view of a nearby airport. The restaurant on the fourth floor also gives a good view of airplanes landing and taking off, while the fifth floor features a model of a flight control tower. Commentaries and displays are in Japanese. Around the museum, green areas with smaller aircrafts on display serve as pleasant picnic areas.
