  • Museum of the works of art collected by the Tokyu railway founder of GoTo Keita. In the residential area, 10 minutes ' walk from Tokyu kaminoge station. Yoshida 58 design is building the Museum and tea room are provided to registered tangible cultural property of the country. They visited good exhibition displaying tea collection. There was exhibit axis and jars, tea room alcove to recreate the exhibition space is not very large, but such ideas. That is one of the value and provenance, such as tea ceremony, the daimyo who had what I felt. It is a garden attractions at the garden, and take advantage of the difference between the high and low cliffs, stone lantern and statues are arranged very quaint. In spring and autumn special exhibition of collections, national treasures of Genji Monogatari emaki and purple Murasaki Shikibu diary emaki.

  • In the stately Museum adjacent to the GoTo mansion behind the Noge station on the Tokyu oimachi line the front of the ring eight crossed the Tokyu founder. Books centered on the Japanese, especially the Genji Monogatari emaki is famous for. Each themes, exhibits change several times over the years. Garden by using the high and low of the site also have quaint.

  • Almost interesting other than the permanent exhibition will be held in two months. Do not miss the views of tanzawa area overlooking the gardens remain on the slopes, with many exhibits are not natural and the TAMA River beyond. From futako-Tamagawa recesses to the main entrance is a bit confusing there will have to explore a quiet residential area, good visit.

  • If there was more English explanations, it would be better
  • Have fun I see tea relationship collection. Bowl of fun house and art collection brochure photos were pictured jug (certainly inscription "pale green") is also good. Very spacious garden, contains various kinds of stone pagodas and lanterns of particular lanterns also amazing, learned. I think stone is placed on the neck is chipped in, and filled with statues that will feel like kinda flat and scary, but it's interesting. I also have a strange object. Go in the fall foliage season and surely beautiful would be thought. It was like a cheap entrance fee if you just look at your garden.

  • Museum nestled in a quiet residential area. It seems to be a mansion looks like humble, but with large tracts of land. The inscription has spun a history and exhibits contemporary art collected over half a goto Keita, former Chairman of the Tokyo Express Co., Ltd., and its scope is not limited to tea and pottery, painting, Chinese painting, and Shakyo ranging array. During the national treasures and important cultural properties. Compared to other museums and art galleries in the two main exhibition rooms and spaces and the number of exhibits both quite small. Exhibits and most so-called "know anyone famous, is not. Conversely it less visitors compared to other museums, "know anyone famous ' only would indicate that ties of history since the transition, artists ' feelings and sense of beauty can be enjoyed thoroughly. Outdoor is utilizing the sloping garden. Although in some places there are lanterns and stone with many dense thickets; I think that people with disabilities have been groomed for walkable, but walking is a little difficult. To futako-Tamagawa in the eyes and the nose, though it seems sound far from the hustle and bustle. Every day hustle and bustle often forget the rich nature and said to be quietly enjoying the art of a great place. The museum is located in a quiet residential area. Its appearance looks like a frugal mansome with wide land. The museum exhibits antique arts collected by Keita Goto, former chairperson of Tokyu Corporation. Its collections is variously, Pottery, Teaware, Japanese paintings, Chinese paintings, and Sutras. Some of them are National treasures or Important caltural properties. The main exhibition room of the museum is two. Compared to other museums, the exhibition space and the number of exhibits are very small. The exhibits are not "famous and everyone knows" objects. On the contrary, it means that there are not many visitors and you can watch the exhibits thoroughly. You may be able to fully enjoy the transition of the history and aesthetic sense of art without being "famous and everyone knows" objects. There is a garden that have made use of the slope. Although many of the premises are dense forests, it is well maintained and easy to walk. Attention is required for walking around the garden by disabled persons. Despite having Futako-Tamagawa in the immediate vicinity, you'll almost not feel bustle. It may be the perfect place to quietly and slowly appreciate the nature and arts.

  • Parking space 4, may 5. You can watch some 30 exhibitions are so few. Garden, countryside walks for me was. History of the giant trees, circling slowly and takes about 30 minutes. Because there is autumn foliage season is also good.

  • I visited at the end of 11/2017. The exotic garden is decorated with India-style order. Japan garden foliage was stunning on this day. I think better declined to walk down stairs of stone paving, trampling.
