  • Came from ashoro Saroma Lake Observatory. This Observatory is the Observatory can see almost all of Lake Saroma in the peaks of the Rocky Mountains South of Lake Saroma in Hokkaido. Enters the side road from route 238, the road narrows and becomes a dirt road in the middle. Up the road seems to be passing oncoming traffic when it is almost impossible, arrives at the parking lot below the Summit. From here the rise Observatory on foot. To 5 minutes walk steep slope exhibition should one arrive. Saroma Lake overlooking the view from here is truly magnificent, there. It was long thought was coming hard.

  • Location is good, just colored. Or open a hole and just pile up along the narrow road and the road is bad. Please climb up slowly. This way while becoming anxious and I even went up. At the parking lot climbed the stairs quite arrived. It is tough to elderly parents took steps. Come visit because the view is so good is.

  • Continue up the road pass one car up the road width of more than 5 km and even more intense to climb from the parking lot is a lookout. View from the observation deck overlooking the Lake Saroma, mountains of Shiretoko. Because there is no way to overlook the sea of Okhotsk and Saroma Lake quietly the groups. However, it is driving on the road isn't paved turnaround to turn back and once on the road to the lookout where the clutch is not easy, because no confidence recommend to give up.

  • Severe winter freezes over, Lake Saroma. But best for Chika fishing season. Open a hole in the ice about 50 cm of tents, to the fishing is fun this time around.
