Sapporo International Ski Place, Sapporo

(4.2/5 based on 190+ reviews on the web)
A little-known and modest ski resort, Sapporo International Ski Place supposedly boasts some the largest annual snowfalls around, serving as a magnet for those looking for some fresh powder to frolic in. Across its seven slopes, the resort specializes in beginner and intermediate runs, as well as some not particularly challenging black runs. Beginners can take lessons at the resort, with the easygoing runs and good conditions making this a good place to test the water if you're new to the sport. The base of the mountain harbors cafes, equipment hire, and sports shops, but little more in the way of amenities. Though frowned upon, expert skiers may be attracted to this location for its large off-piste areas, which remain unguarded. • Hotels near Nakajima Park went on tour. I think it was approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to go. In the bus on the way back, and even traffic jams, took more than two hours. After new year's day visit but wasn't too crowded. Was seated without waiting for empty tables restaurant at lunchtime was. It is a good shop several stores, so go day after day, I go. Lift tickets with lunch coupons. How to have a meal in the restaurant is a little business sense. Train IC same as card machine and turn, lift tickets is a smart card. I think toilet facilities in the ski area here is the staff.

  • At the peak of winter season and it's almost impossible to book any private lesson at any of the ski places for beginner lessons - we tried contacting Teine, Bankei and Kokusai. Though Kokusai is the ...  more »
  • From Sapporo city will arrive in about 70 minutes by car. Jozankei stream via winter road driving even familiar with would not pass, so easy it is. Ski resort is 2 km long gondola gliding courses, pass kiroro also Niseko's locals even spring isn't scary. Ski area right now is the one day ticket is 5000 Yen often beyond average, 4500 yen. Economy Pack and said parents have lunch or Jozankei hot spring bath will ticket 5 hours. When you join free to join on the day, in addition to "come Tok Club" 5 hours ticket 1, ticket. Also include parent-child and Sinead deals. More than 55-year-old Sinead's whopping 1500 yen. It seems no angulation (twisting of the slope) and of course how a ski resort, enjoying the charged words they wrote, for less. It is best to just enjoy the speed with plenty of snow in the ski or Board. You can enjoy the fun I skate with non-stop from his son and top. And let's go toiling in the Jozankei hot springs on the way back. Hoheikyo recommends is old but spring, serving size Jozankei hotel, bathroom stalls and Kinugawa hot spring is. Hot Pack is five hours drive is enough. And stay in Niseko, Niseko is. If Sapporo accommodation we recommend the international ski area.
