  • Building exterior with modern parts of the modern impression combined images of the old liquor store. A Museum is less. It is like a liquor store lined with all of their (Chitose crane), have been sold. History of sake manufacturing process, such as written on the liquor is sold. A charming little models of the manufacturing process was made in miniature of the entrance. In addition, and in fact was once used are exhibited. It is a level hardly Museum (Museum), but less so. Personally went to the No. 1 care is the Cafe space. Used in sake cake, sponge cake and ice cream you can eat. Sponge cake and ice cream, but neither and has the aroma of rice wine, delicious. I think people who are afraid of drinking sake and even closer to the sweet taste, so it's okay. You can tasting and brewing water to near the store entrance. Sake containers shaped as an interesting product of the Hokkaido Shinkansen crockery has been sold. 3-car to the organization. Miso and others with sake and sweets. There is also wine corner.

  • No tasting unless one purchases a bottle. Basically a finely presented store. One display on the brewing process.
