  • In straight walk from Keisei Sakura Station South exit 8 minutes, located in the heart of Castle town Sakura walk where. Kawasaki Sakura Bank of Taisho era stone brick coloured retro buildings with entrance hall, is impressive. Museum of art was built in 1994, building a retro front hall and blends well. 2nd floor, 3rd floor is room is bright and easy to see. Stairway to city views from each floor of the hanging round window objects. Sakura and boso writer works with exhibits focusing on the special exhibitions are also held on a regular basis. Sakura Castle 400 years, visited the business general exhibition "castles and villages and people and" would have been held. From the end of the warring States period Edo, and history of Sakura Castle to the Meiji period, Castle introduced through ancient maps, rare books, excavations, arts and crafts, was very impressive. Sakura Castle during the Edo period to reproduce in CG section is interesting. Held until the 3/25 is free. There was a cafe on the ground floor, cosy looks good.

  • This is not a big museum, but rather an exposition venue. Very well tended, with extremely polite and attentive personel. We saw an expo on cycling that was near-perfect, with the possibility to ride ...  more »
  • Having comfortable cafe bar in 1st floor.
  • NICE
  • Former Zaibatsu, Kawasaki Bank, Sakura branch (prefecture designated cultural assets) in a historic building used as the entrance hall is a luxury. I have a Sahara, Sahara Mitsubishi Pavilion and say similar buildings. General exhibition is admission free, special exhibitions are reasonable, are provided to the public (but is not, of course, in Sakura city. 😄). It is recommended to check on the website of the Museum exhibition, visitors. And walk uphill is closer from Sakura station on the Keisei line. Better bus, hard to tell, because the JR or Keisei station asked near the tourist office. Across the road is the car, and face to face has a free private parking. And Museum shop and Café on the ground floor, and please stop by in the middle of the Castle Hotel. As an aside, the Sakura Bank Ltd. Kawasaki branch, the couple's Hill, Suzuki Kiyoshi Assistant Professor thousand leaves County Sergeant, duty. The event will be associated with the keyword's got a... This is horrific and sad historical fact.

  • From Keisei Sakura Station South climbs a gentle Hill, right in the historical centre, a magnificent building that comes into view. Regular exhibition is admission free. Build stairs to the fourth floor stairwell is stylish. You can take a breather and contemporary art-like chairs are placed on each floor. After watching exhibits, relaxing at a café on the ground floor. Is no museum shop, large but quite good. Who put the books 'Museum', but more the history of Sakura, and be happy to have.

  • Is unbecoming to a Samurai swollen buildings, interior looks very nice atmosphere. Break point for exploring the town Cafe on the first floor is just right. However, Museum of permanent also planning both preparing it should be avoided from. This long-awaited visit to disappointed. Parking is located near main street.
