Nagasaki Bio Park, Saikai

(4.7/5 based on 130 reviews on the web)
Get close to some magnificent creatures at Nagasaki Bio Park, a zoo specializing in hands-on experiences with the animals. You'll have the opportunity to hand-feed and pet some distinctly unusual creatures, from monkeys and kangaroos to the semi-aquatic, giant relative of the guinea pig, the capybara. As well as this, explore the flower dome, inhabited by colorful butterflies and vibrant flowers, and the "insectarium," filled with rare bugs from around the world. Be sure to bring 100 yen pieces to buy food to feed the animals with from onsite vending machines. Put Nagasaki Bio Park at the forefront of your travel plans using our Saikai vacation generator.
