  • I definitely recommend purchasing your tickets in advance. We came Friday/Saturday with 2 day passes. The lines to come in are long, the lines for the rides are long, the lines for food (snacks) are long. If you can definitely get the express passes they are worth the $$$. Nintendo World is cool but VERY VERY busy. Once the area is full you'll have to get a timed area ticket via their ticket section in the park or via APP. (APP is easiest.) The restaurants inside are pricey. The Mario Cafe food was cute but the food was barely warm. Everywhere in the park the staff is helpful, and very kind. The bathrooms are all over the place (if you have kids download the app to show you where they are), very clean, and big. They could really use more benches and seating areas around the park. It is a lot of walking/standing so wear comfortable shoes.
  • Such a fun place to visit I really enjoyed my time at Universal Studios Japan. The staff are extremely friendly and all the stores inside have their own individual theme it’s so much fun shopping in them as they are very interactive for children. My toddler is completely obsessed with minions we had the best time here. I did expect the park to be a lot bigger then it was but other than that it is well worth the visit. We went midweek which I heard is the best time to visit to avoid crowds I would avoid weekends and holidays if you can as it can get very busy.
  • The park was amazing. Mario land is off the chain. You could enjoy the park in 1 day but if you want to relax and not rush to squeeze in every ride then 2 days is great. I recommend downloaded the Universal studios app to check ride wait times and show times every day. You can also upgrade to express pass via app. I would recommend doing single rider Instead of the express pass because you pay a large cost per ride for the express pass it's not a all day express pass.
  • This amusement park is on one of my top lists as it is just amazing. It has rides for any age, and or preference. Here is the few that I think are the best. ( this is in no particular order, it really is just your taste ) For younger kids; the minion section there is super fun because it has a main ride which is more of a simulation and around it they have smaller rides and a few carnival games. They also have a minion and other animated characters gift shop in that area. Along with an ice cream shop. For older kids; the Harry Potter section, the jaws ride, and the Spider-Man ride(the terminator activity is an option, however they only speak Japanese). In my opinion, the Harry Potter section rocks! They have two interesting rides, a journey in which you are trying to help Harry stop a dragon and one in which you ride a griffin. They also have a nice show that they do once in a while. These are all good, but I think that the other souvenirs are the best part of this place. They offer a Harry Potter candy shop where they offer all the snacks possible and a butter beer wagon where they sell butter beer (non alcoholic) and the best part. They sell wands. You can use these in the park to do certain spells such as unlock doors or ignite fire. The other three that I mentioned aren’t as good in my opinion, but the jaws rids is near the Harry Potter section, so go check it out. For thrill seekers; for those who want the heart dropping feeling of a roller coaster, your in luck. I’m the Jurassic park section, they have a coaster in which you are strapped in via safety bars and then are swung around and around while tumbling up and down. For those who are a little weaker in heart, the other Jurassic park ride would be perfect. It is a water dropper where you board a giant raft with 7 or so other people and are sent on a trip when you are swept up a giant ramp and then are dropped down a waterfall into the lake below. They provide ponchos in the ride. Finally, the hotel. The hotel is stellar. It is near a shopping mall that is basically connected to the park and they have a couple restaurants inside the hotel too. Over all this is amazing.
  • Highly recommended buying tickets in advance. Me and my family had lots of fun. I would suggest older kids , not so much younger kids would enjoy more rides, but my kids are young and we had fun on the few Kittie rides. There is a lot to see and buy in the park, just make sure If you want to All and all good trip..
