Shopping
Browse through Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street, a covered arcade of shops offering buyers a range of foods, special ingredients, and cooking instruments. Osaka has a reputation as "Japan's kitchen" and the 150 m (492.1 ft) long shopping arcade's name roughly translates as "Cooking Tools Street." It's a go-to spot for the city's chefs and restaurateurs, so by default you could say it's one of the best places to pick up an authentic kitchen souvenir, such as a Japanese knife or bowl. The shops are densely packed with wares, but don't be put off looking in each, as different items can still be found across the arcade. • Commercial kitchen appliances, look, just fun. Foreign tourists who have more recent and very popular. Or intended for use by professional, something like this is to and will be helpful.

  • An amazing alley to come for everything related to cooking. Authentic Japanese cookware to put in your commercial restaurant? They have it! Cheap tableware? They have it! Incredible handmade cutlery? Oh boy do they have it! If you like eating out in Japan, or are someone who enjoys cooking, this is a MUST-VISIT in Osaka - my favorite food destination in Japan!
  • Incredible variety of homewares and cooking equipment. Have spent hours here and there is still more to see. Lots of top quality knives, bakeware, servingware and even fake food. A pleasure to visit
  • I love Japanese utensils and if you are like me, this is a must-visit place! I bought lots of dishes, bowls etc only cost me about $50. Most of shop staff was polite and kind but I had a very unpleasant experience in one of the shops. This lady was keep pushing me when she walked pass (no sorry or excuse me), after I made payment, she again rushed me out of the shop!! It was quite shocking as most of Japanese people I met was very nice.
  • Commercial kitchen utensils and a few additional items for home use. Some places require minimum orders while others cater and give time to tourists. Top end items are well priced. Cheap quality stuff there at competitive prices and if you want cheap items, best avoided.
  • What ever you need, you will find it here
