OSAKA STATION CITY, Osaka
(4/5 based on 200+ reviews on the web)
After undergoing extensive renovations, OSAKA STATION CITY has emerged as a town-sized commercial complex and one of Japan's most highly regarded stations. Across the two flanking high-rise buildings, you have hundreds of high-fashion and specialty stores, along with a hotel, a variety of restaurants, a department store, and a multiplex cinema. In addition to shopping and entertainment, the facility also affords spaces for relaxation: journey to the top of the North Gate building to explore a picturesque roof garden and take in panoramic views of the city. Pause for a moment on the connecting bridge between the two buildings to watch the comings and goings of the trains below. • The pokemon go centre was fun to visit. Also the view you can get on the station is very nice. If you enjoy watching people and streets it's nice to visit the place.
  • Before meeting friends at Osaka Station, 1 minute walk from JR ticket office staff at Daimaru Department store can buy as a gift! Christmas lights fantastic staff, and the person who is high in Osaka in the calm. (Lol)

  • Spatio-temporal square is located near three department stores, are various, but I want to see. I went to see the Flower Festival in the fall. Colored flowers, Halloween decorations were flowers and unusual photo shoot. There is also a café in the square of the spatial and temporal held at sat, be able to snack while watching a flower. It is recommended to drop and when have the opportunity through the exit of Osaka Station because the period is short. Held in the spring, there are lights in the winter.

  • We decided to grab a bite from the shopping district at Osaka Station. Similar to Tokyo's underground mall, the shopping centre in Osaka station is MASSIVE. Almost triple that in Tokyo. We did not catch the names of these dishes, however we can recall that they tasted amazing. This is essentially the Japanese fast food court, but everything is so much more healthier!
  • North Gate Bldg 10-11-14/Floors house the "Windy Square" 風之廣場, cinema house, and a roof-top garden. Nice close-up view of nearby skyscrapers from Windy Square. Roof-top garden has lots of flowers and vegetable, and a view of HEP5 ferris wheel. Nice and quiet! Very peaceful!
  • Incredible complex! Check out the Water Fountain Clock (ground floor, just to the right of main entrance to the South Gate Building), it's so magical you can spend a long time watching the words and shapes made up of water drops fall down! Climb to the 11th floor terrace, grab a bite at the convenience store and enjoy the amazing view!
  • Poorly organized. Not enough facility to serve that many people travelling. Highly recommend transfer else where.
  • Great mall it is like a city in the city. You should also take time to visit the roof top where you can sit and relax. And also try the food court.
