  • Is well below the Edo Tokyo Museum, are 4 floors, but only the two above are more interesting. as positive point is the view to have of Osaka Castle

  • Went to go see the exhibition of Sanada-Maru, with the intention of then enters the permanent exhibition was great! It was interesting that integration with the landscape of the city try going down to the seventh floor 4 floor from a 10th-floor look from the life-size figure of the Tempyo era of the 10th floor and Windows. 9th floor is so elaborate diorama of the Edo period was a thriving city of merchants as I look up at any time, now want. 8th floor excavation corner for kids, kids come entertain and clean. 7 floor Taisho-Showa era as a retro corner in the's "don't touch" signs and somehow different from the 10th floor staff which floor was painted a life-size figure, but. And awesome look every time I wanted to use escalators to Osaka Castle! There were a lot of tourists from foreign countries, is less a bit I thought unkind.

  • Ok as far as a history museum goes - impressive displays and large structures. Good layout - well thought out. Decent amount of English on the displays too which was nice. No English on any videos though, which was a shame. There is an audio tour thing but I cant comment on that because I didn't use it. I don't even know if it was in English! A few activities for children and the archeological explorer section was fun - for kids AND adults (though it is mainly aimed at children).
  • Informative dioramas of Japanese history! Location: Walking distance from the Osaka Castle. Exhibits: Many interesting diorama's to depict the Japanese culture and history. Key Takeaway: Recommended activity if you are at the Osaka Castle and it begins raining and you need to somewhere to be for 1-2 hours.
  • This is a great museum for kids. Lots of fun displays and activities. Not the best place to learn about Osaka's history in any depth. An audio guide is recommended, since there isn't much English on the displays
  • Decent museum at best - several floors but content was not too intriguing in my own personal experience. Great site to take pictures as they have several, vibrant displays of everything from porcelain to minimaps of Osaka, several centuries ago.
  • Take a picture wearing japanese traditional clothing. Amazing building structure
