  • Maybe by season may visit in the winter, night bridge was decorated with illuminations was impressive. I think it's because subway station or large hotels were good or not.

  • Great to have a park like this in the middle of the city, and there is history behind it. During my visit in September, there were no roses in the rose garden, and very few people around. There's a couple western style cafes and restaurants to enjoy a coffee or meal in the park with views of the water. Otherwise, nice for just a stroll.
  • This lovely small garden in the middle of an island in the middle of the city. Aptly named the Rose Garden, the park comes to life and at its most beautiful in the spring. Walking along the park and the river is just a stress relief past-time.
  • Weekend festivals with music, art, and food are a must see while in Osaka. The rose garden is beautiful and very well kept, so enjoy a break and walk through.
  • Lovely park in the river you can feel like in Europe had and unique feeling
  • If you want a break from the bustling City you can just come here and relax. I enjoy the art installations and Rose garden.
