Kids Plaza Osaka, Osaka
(4.3/5 based on 200+ reviews on the web)
Take the kids to Kids Plaza Osaka, a museum aimed squarely at children, helping them learn through play. Across five themed floors, the museum has kids climbing on surreal structures designed by Austrian architect Friedensreich Hundertwasse, teaching to play weird and wonderful musical instruments from around the world, or becoming police or postal workers in the make-believe town on the fourth floor. You can find plenty more activities on site, and although there is no cafeteria, you're welcome to bring a packed lunch, or can come and go as you please during the visit by showing your pass. By using our Osaka itinerary planner, you can arrange your visit to Kids Plaza Osaka and other attractions in Osaka.

  • Play Saturday afternoon in ogimachi Park, entrance from around 3 pm. Maybe it's sunny (on a rainy day is crowded? ) Was moderately crowded, say at the vacant and the percent. Eight o'clock closing time 4-not enough play was five hours, but it seems. There was still not playing corner. If during the day could participated in every corner of the evening was over. Go early if you want to experience the events such as recommended (I'm busy and I have). Might say just 遊bereba good afternoon good (free? )。 Tube slide was ending in 4:45. Bringing in food and beverage is allowed. And sit down restaurants, there was a vending machine. So kids toilet, 3-year-old daughter alone.

  • Was expected from the outside, look at the word of mouth, Hey, well it is clean. Can say because of the area, was a day off and a lot of children. Weft or rampant roasted to its officials, hardly seeing, etc... do you want to play, even though, many children is too rough, the parents? Where are the parents? If we are not around and comes from the way their parents, pointed side into the "Oh its. Description and you hennshi "or I don't know. Honestly this kind of facilities far more subtle parents first in I was surprised. All facilities have small children are considerate of other users, use the image (actually so) was that well I. I wanted a go. I thought. Other facilities had little staff or work around from me doing chores and care? At least I thought. Our homes and no where to eat, many parents to seat herself in the luggage, they chatted, so unfamiliar so it went. So I just enjoyed as children, such as the zone of playground equipment in the facility and sound had the facilities in issue? And improved on. I thought.

  • Great place to take the kids, and there are a lot of them, at least when I went. 90% is in Japanese and that is to be expected. But that also limited what we could do. Great place to kill a few hours with the kids if not the whole day.
  • Best kids place for your money. Aside from the play area, they have walk in craft and computer workshops, special cooking workshops, special events and more depending on when you go. Check their webpage for more details. Big Bang is closer to my home but we spend an hour extra hour to come here.
  • Good place for kids playing in rainy season. Kids can learn in fun way.
  • A bit pricey but there are many colorful, interactive exhibits. Everything is educational in nature. The dress-up area lets kids pretend to have different occupations. The center of the place is like a jungle gym on steroids with many places to run, climb, and crawl around. After visiting, there's a nice park behind the building.
  • Kids will enjoy, however parents have to pay full entrance fee while there is not much to do for parents. Role playing activities is best part.
