Categories: Specialty Museums, Museums
Inspirock Rating:
4.2/5 based on 200+ reviews on the web
Take the kids to Kids Plaza Osaka, a museum aimed squarely at children, helping them learn through play. Across five themed floors, the museum has kids climbing on surreal structures designed by Austrian architect Friedensreich Hundertwasse, teaching to play weird and wonderful musical instruments from around the world, or becoming police or postal workers in the make-believe town on the fourth floor. You can find plenty more activities on site, and although there is no cafeteria, you're welcome to bring a packed lunch, or can come and go as you please during the visit by showing your pass. • Because building in rainy days, hot day, can play even on cold days. And play like a big castle in the center of the building, maze with fun child was running around. So next day sore muscles, and if you had dog do not become lost and after is supposed to be every time. So would many times recommended annual pass available. Ogimachi Park is located outside the building and are equipped with lockers and showers here. There is also the sometimes crowded offers places to eat in the lunch bring OK during the building the restaurant is not too often children and kindergarten groups took place, because it is used. Find a food shopping there is easy. Eat sheet bring in ogimachi Park if the weather was good when the good feelings might be.

  • A bit pricey but there are many colorful, interactive exhibits. Everything is educational in nature. The dress-up area lets kids pretend to have different occupations. The center of the place is like a jungle gym on steroids with many places to run, climb, and crawl around. After visiting, there's a nice park behind the building.
  • A must go place for kids and family, not just the place but also the people are very nice. Even though they speak Japanese mostly, but they are helpful and care about kids.
  • We had a great time, at 4 pm, they had a great musical instrument for kids to play
  • Loop line "from Temma station" foot 2-3 minutes or so good. Until the elementary school age from infants, regardless of weather or temperature all day long can have fun. 5th floor elevator, at kids Plaza Hall just well and limited number of special exhibitions for a limited time, maybe there is time-only event. First of all, let's check first.
