  • Love it here. So many products to see and different on every level. Would come back again.
  • Very beautiful! The staff is very nice, and we'll trained. The whole place is clean and very nice. Just the best place to go, whether you're looking for clothing of some food to take to your parent's house!
  • A typical Japanese department store with a large selection of expensive imported and domestic products. The food court on the 12 floor is good with a big variety of restaurants including my personal favorite, Din Tai Fung. The Restaurants do get busy around lunch time.
  • Upscale department store in Osaka well worth a visit. The staff were extremely accommodating. Don't forget to pick up the foreigner discount card of 5pc by showing your passport at the information desk
  • Good service, nice food. I had a lunch at Kishu Yaichi on 12th floor. They have some staffs speaks English and chef was respectful. They also have large selection of food at B1. If you spend 3000+ you can check in up to two luggages for 3 hours for free at the foreign tourist service center at B1

Where to stay in Osaka

The majority of Osaka's moderate and expensive accommodations concentrate in the districts of Umeda, Kyobashi, Namba, and Shin-Osaka. Base your stay in or near Minami neighborhood for proximity to a wide selection of shopping and dining options. For quick access to long-distance transportation to other cities and areas, look for hotels in Kita district. Many backpackers prefer the budget options in the Tennoji area, where the quality of rooms and prices vary wildly--call or check websites of specific establishments before you make reservations.
