  • It is fun to wander around in this area, which is distinguished by the parallel road which takes its name from the Canal Dotombori and which is the most festive of the city. Thousands of lights characterize the evening and neon signs are everywhere to report hundreds of bars and restaurants, lively and festive atmosphere theatres coffins. Has always been over the centuries, starting from the 17th century, the area of the city saw that even the master of Osaka Castle to give him this name. We saw the most famous teaches how the athlete of Kani Doraku giant crab restaurant and Glico that moves the claws. There is no doubt that for food this way is the real mecca. You can try all the dishes of Japanese cuisine and especially the Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki (Octopus dumplings), Udon and no sushi in great selection of premises for each price facsia. We have tried several rooms and were always pleased find enclosed some pictures I remember our visit If this review did you like, you can read about my many other out of Osaka, Japan, Hiroshima and Miyajima and a I'm glad a click on: is it useful?

  • Upon arriving the Dotonbori you will be sure that you're in Osaka: lights, restaurants and a lot of people. Shop, eat and have fun, taking a picture beside the Glico man. I recommend a piece.

  • This place is definitely a tourist attraction it's filled with people. Recommend you go at night since all of the lights are beautiful. The buildings all light up and provide a lot of good night shots. There are plenty of food/shopping and entertainment! You definitely will not be bored. But keep in mind to wear walking shoes, you'll probably be spending over 2 hours here. So make it comfortable for your self!
  • Near Namba, its a alley-looking street with lots of local food stalls, fairly cheap and tasty. One of the best places and ways to try Japanese street snacks and local food. Beware though, its really crowded at times, as crowded as concerts.
  • I mean, it's Dotonbori. Come here to Drink, and you won't be disappointed. It's also a good place to just hang out and people watch at night. It is essential Osaka.
  • Such a fun and lively part of town! Watched love rock bands performing along the canal and some high school students jumping off one of the bridges into the water.
  • This is the most amazing collection of restaurants. Back to back Japanese food of every kind. Make sure to go at night when it is all lit up.
