  • A huge Ferris wheel is turned from its signboard, Osaka is a giant signboard. And sticking to the Don Quijote building, was quite remarkable. It is interesting to look at, but it is not.

  • Alert: "Asians be crazy in this store." Opened 24 hrs a day, this well known store sells anthing from souvenir trinckets to cosmetics, av gadgets to sex toys, and even high end fashion items. A true gauntlet for dutiful Asian boyfriends.
  • Scores of different stuff from cat s food to kegumi or kitkat, l bought a pan, there are underwears, camping things, swatches... The shop is made on different stages so it may be quite quick to buy what you want. Products are mostly medium quality from china...
  • Many different types of Kitto Katto flavors; a couple were on sale! A huge store of a large selection of Japanese sweets, food items, as well as toiletries. Offers tax-free processing for foreigners.
  • The one and only impolite shop manager I found in the whole of Japan during my 15 days trip across the country . First there was no one to help in the floor. We went to buy a luggage and we ended up hauling heavy luggages stowed at considerable heights. Then the taxing system was a mess and we were sent around various counters floor to floor. Then the highlight, when we asked for clarification on the tax limits for foreigners, the store manager ground her teeth and informed us that "we better make up our mind because we were holding up the line."
  • I especially like their selection of T-shirts and Character socks. The T-shirts were really cheap, from 1000-1900 yen and they had really funny slogans on them. Be careful if you don't know Japanese though. Some of the shirts have pretty offensive sex-related slang on them. Otherwise, this store has everything and they're at a fair price. It's not really that much of a discount, but it's worth going through the floors to find something you like. It is a bit messy, stuffy, and crowded, but it's that discount store feel.
