  • You can learn the history of coal mining. Admission fee is 400 Yen for adults. Near the entrance, broadcast and DVD film about the industrial heritage of Meiji Japan (about 15 minutes? ) Is easy to understand. Kids Summer challenge.

  • Even though what is underground model mine. Large-scale coal mining machinery actually works and compelling. I had good experience, and underground trains and facilities. Pay zone entrance shaft (shafts), underground mine, coal seam cross section model. However, the Science Museum location is not good. World Heritage site and quite a distance.

  • In large scale exhibition reproduces in the coal mine, was quite good. But I felt less otherwise exhibit. Pay facilities from a little bit more luck.
