  • Asked where only vehicles participate in the rockfill, stacked stone, so I tried to be adapted to the Nagano, Kurobe travel. Certainly go on foot difficult. By steadily climbed up the tortuous road. Also being civil engineering construction in the upper reaches, heavy trucks for the sediment transport was and out constantly. And this place also I was surprised that the possessions of the Tokyo electric power company. I had time to walk about an hour in a taxi parked. Wanted to wander, but greater life to amazing views.... It is a suspension bridge, was connected to a mountain road because this mountain?. (I was impressed of the Kurobe dam. ) After stops in rockfill dams from the bottom looking up at that location, preferably walking songs I thought. You can see from the road way downstream is another rockfill, here and allow not-friendly vehicle. Personally, instead getting fees... and hopefully once because I thought 10 minutes I felt. (Feel that costs so much to keep but...)

  • The Takase Valley tour travel company is doing research and wanted to see the contrast in the Takase Valley with fresh Alpine snow site applied. Shinano Omachi station (from the Omachi Onsen and KUZU Onsen rides) from Valley riding in a private car, in about an hour from 7 warehouse dam could not get car ahead of you. Overwhelmed by the rockfill dams, made of natural materials! Impressed by the beauty of the color of the water in the Dam Lake place and the North Alps snow beauty. You might feel disappointed in Takase Dam just 20 minutes of free time, so that on a short tour of 2 hours enough to experience extraordinary!

  • It is a rockfill stacks of stone was built in the heart of the Northern Alps. Dam slope on and made way to zig-zag the car climbs there. But unfortunately prohibited from far reaches a general car-free. It is one of the dams authorized taxi ride or do not have access on foot so hard tour is not easy.
