At Numazu Deep Sea Aquarium, explore the mysterious creatures of the deep sea. In the first floor watch as biolumniscent fish, crustaceans, and molluscs glide through pitch-black tanks. The educational second floors displays exhibits of preserved fish and other creatures. See frozen and taxidermied examples species like the rare coelacanths, displayed as a centerpiece with extensive information. The info boards come in Japanese and English, and an English booklet is available on request. Note that you can take photographs, but without flash.
