  • I'm not very good at the afternoon time, it's very nice to be here, it's very nice to be the first person to go to Osaka. Unexpectedly in here to get a pearl hand, I hope it is not the customer's shop . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I ate a lot of strings, drank a lot of juice, also ate crab, but then came to the city of Mujin to know that the crab of the black slug is good.

  • Busy market filled with tourists mingling and eating at stalls. Though crowded, generally good experience for those who have not been to Kuromon Market.  more »

  • Nice market with so many fresh seafood and meat! I tried the freshest oyster here and it goes so well with the citrus sauce. Imagine buying a 3000 yen sea urchin, but super worth it for an experience. It’s absolutely delicious when you wrap the sea urchin in the seaweed. We tried the grilled crab and prawn as well but unfortunately, they are not too juicy. Please also try the beef and melon. We also bought some food souvenirs and face products. This market will deplete your money but it is worth it. I would say Kuromon Ichiba is much better than Ameyoko.
  • We loved walking around the market and just picking whatever food that we wanted by looking at them. The food does get a little repetitive after awhile, so there's no harm waiting it out until you've explored the entire market. The market is clean, has toilets and also a nice free seating area for you to eat if you are carrying too much food to eat while standing. There are also plenty of stores to buy souvenirs (food and drugstore products) - get all of them done here for the convenience!
  • A very exciting place. Definitely worth to visit it! One can buy here sea food in every variation, street food from the very same material, vegetables, fruits and everything else the chefs get to make their delicious dishes in nearby restaurants. They are shopping here. And if you want, a great amount of opportunity is given to make street photography here.
  • A wonderful place to explore! Right next to Nipponbashi Station. It's perpetually crowded though! To beat the crowd, we will go there every morning at 9 am just as the stalls open. There's so much food! Most stalls allow you to order food from other stalls when you eat in. Do ask just in case! The prices of the food items are reasonable. The stall-holders can communicate in basic English. The supermarket is open 24/7 If you happen to drop by after the stalls are closed beyond 6pm. All in all, it's a great place to go especially if you are lodging nearby!
  • It's coincidence to find this place. When I walked to the station, suddenly I found this market. I came here in the morning and not so crowded at that time. Here you can find many foods such as seafoods, fruits, and vegetables. You can buy fresh seafood here and grilled on the spot. The unique one for me, when I found the grilled fruits stall. It's new for me.
