  • Day at Nikko Tosho-gu shrine, came here to this day enjoy the Kegon Falls from the akechidaira Observatory. Parking, toilets are reasonably clean, souvenir shop, there was a dining room. Long walk from the parking Observatory, you can appreciate the vast marshland from there. It would be nice if you stroll stroll in a matter of hours was not a good weather day to day. My Puppy with no problem at all.

  • The scenery on the wetlands is as beautiful as Impressionist landscapes. This place is called "Stardust field ヶ", because the local legend a long time ago, the man on the mountain of the Gods and Chicheng Mountain of the gods in this place carried out a tragic war, the blood of both sides of the war was brought together into the battlefield of the original on the east of the Red Marsh. Here on the wetland Wood Road can be seen five mountains: Mountain King Hat, Tairong, small real name son Mountain and big real name son Mountain (peaks linked), male body mountain. From the relative position, male and female peak mountain two parents holding the size of the real son of two daughters, the other side of the daughter stood son Tai Shan, forming a "volcano a" picture. Anyone who likes to play with the natural scenery should not miss it.

Where to stay in Nikko

Rich in history, culture, and nature, you'll be pleased to find that Nikko also boasts a rich variety of accommodations. Competition may be pretty fierce at peak times, but make your reservation early and you'll be able to find somewhere to sleep that suits your style. Luxury hotels and boutiques with "onsen" (traditional Japanese spas) never stray too far from the river, while hostels and guesthouses tend to be tucked away on side streets, and up in the north of town. Mid-range and standard hotels lie close to the main train stations and by the main plazas.
