  • A historic shrine that is surrounded by serene forest. Quite a chore to reach here, but being taken away from the city and into the forest surrounded by moss grown shrines is quite an experience. Be prepared for some walking.
  • A great historic place. Easy accessible and lots to see
  • One of the best! They have millions of lamps and a room where it's dark and they are lit. So lovely!
  • Was walking from Nara park to this place, quite a distance. But it was a good place to visit.
  • Beautiful shrine, even caught a glimpse of a Shinto ceremony being performed.
