  • Very small museum which provides a useful context and introduction to the highlights of Naoshima. Not a lot to see but it sets the stage if you are going to Chichu and Lee Ufan museums.  more »

  • This museum, by Ando himself, combines old and new: the traditional shape of the house has a concrete core. Inside there are many sketches of the architect and few models. Small but amazing. Entrance 510¥
  • Nice place to visit, small collection, so only come if you're really into ando's work, or else you might be dissapointed
  • Honestly very little to see even in Japanese. Even for 500 yen it seemed a bit of a rip off. Only go if you're really into architecture.
  • Good for Ando's fans and architects. Ando Museum seems to be a small collection of Ando's essence. The only problem is that we are not allowed to take photo inside.
  • Understand the evolution of Ando's works on Naoshima
