Okinawa World Bunka Okoku Gyokusendo, Nanjo
(3.6/5 based on 750+ reviews on the web)
Okinawa Prefecture's distinctive culture comes alive at Okinawa World Bunka Okoku Gyokusendo, a theme park that also contains a lengthy underground gave. Start by exploring the replica village, set up in the style of a traditional town in the historic Kingdom of Ryukyu, which once ruled the islands. You can then stop by the Habu Park to learn more about local wildlife, including the eponymous (and poisonous) Habu snake. Afterwards, make your way to the 5 km (3.1 mi) long Gyokusendo Cave, where you can have a look at a huge array of stalactites and stalagmites as you wander the subterranean walking paths. • Walk in the cave, well structured, where you don't step on the soil directly, the track is made in hardwood floors, and in the end, amazing, treadmill to get out of the cave.

  • Caves are impressive!, travel is long but you're not sorry (at least be something claustrophobia), the environment (with respect to the heat), was controlled, not you sofocabas or you congelabas... There were not many people, for what you could see very well all sides, the road is a metal footbridge, and sections is slippery, why same Filtrations of the cave along the rest of the complex is beautiful , natural landscapes, the Eisa this good show, too bad that you cannot take photos or filming, what not I found interesting is the area of snakes, if not you have time, you lose no great thing. In total for at least 4 hours (walking fast!)

  • I would go on the Akiyoshi-do cave located in Yamaguchi Prefecture, is surprised and impressed few. However, I think the cave be entered for the first time, will be amazed at the size. It's humid inside the Akiyoshi-do cave differs greatly. Should be able to feel the humidity and temperature are high, limestone caves in the South. In the garden, there is also a souvenir shop, so not recommended for travel in the fast lane.
