  • Look each time I go to Okinawa, but recently, noticed big changes. Markets were interspersed with old wooden shops were demolished, was emerging farmers ren Plaza is a modern building next door as alternates. Been revived by Tin sign that rural-market place sell vegetables to underperform relative to the corner and Okinawa needs no introduction, was intact, I was happy.

  • Within walking distance from the hotel to Yogi Park to the Sakura (cherry) on the way, I stopped. Nolen is a little move, they become part of the three-storey Street building, seems open to 11/2017. Barracks of the previous occurance is irresistibly like wooden flat building is now demolished, totally different views. Nolen old aunt, who early in the morning from 3:00 to store spread was brighten the front is most crowded. Had become the Ministry of spreading the floor store in the Plaza, but a neat little shop. The remains of mutton shop around some still continuing maintenance of the road being eliminated is the atmosphere of the past.

  • Completely remodeled recently, this marketplace is in a brand new building. Many shops are still being stocked and, haven't opened for business yet but, visitors will be pleased with the items available in the shops, just opened. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and housewares are sold at reasonable prices and, there are many places to eat. My favorite, so far, has to be the Orange Restaurant for, spicy ramen. It's delicious, filling and economical.
  • Some stores offering overpriced products. The building still under construction. I could feel concrete (cement) smelling. Found stones on elevator. Elevator carpets are very bad placed. There are signals of a very dirty job everywhere. The old little merchants was "disposed" on the first floor without any support to up their businesses. Probably, they do not have enough money to invest their business into this new environment. Sad true that nobody want to talk... About 60% of stores haven't open yet. I think the restaurants can be a good alternative if you are tired of kokusai and heiwa dori LOL. If want buy vegetables and similar stuffs is much better to buy on heiwa dori. Car parking is small but not crowded. You can park for 60 minutes for free. I think the place will be improved in near future.
  • Super duper cool market for when you get tired of strolling around Kokusai. I always thought this market is like a time warp to the pre-war Okinawa.
  • My aunt, both agricultural related markets. I miss the demolition.
