  • With your Nagoya day pass for public transport you get 20% discount on the entrance. In August are the trees still beautiful in color. The park may not be very big, but has a few beautiful avenues with nice bridges and a number of hidden corners with a small waterfalls if you the paths with stairs up. There are a number of beautiful koi ponds, and for 150 yen, you can buy a dish with feeding them in large numbers to see it swimming. You can in this Jap [anse garden certainly spend 2 to 3 hours. On the day we were there, we saw a wedding couple for a photo report, which thereby made our day very special. There is a tea house on the island, where you at the end of your walk delicious homemade tea with different flavors. A must!! Fun for a visit of a few hours.
