  • In this Museum, I went with a friend the Japanese. With knowledge of the Japanese language I have not yet really, so we chatted after corresponding via Google Translator. The Museum is no different from other art galleries. Many paintings with naked ladies, many Japanese ... I was surprised that all Japanese lined up in a queue to paintings and it turned out that we moved from picture to picture in the queue. Good thing I was with a friend. We have a lot of joking and bellow for the entire Hall. It was fun! Thank you to the staff that we do not put:)))

  • It is one very interesting Museum, the infrastructure is amazing, a very good place for art variety and very exotic things.

  • Only two sections does not work is the most well known works. You don't have to make something feel that made the place to be.

  • Pretty good exhibits. Aichi Trinalae right now but the best works are not displayed here. Better go to the aichi arts center for the really good artists
  • The ticket price is quite high for such a small and run down museum. The exhibitions are rarely of note and mostly feature postwar Japanese art. When big-name art collections come through (like Van Gogh) it's primarily a collection of minor works with perhaps one better known piece. Once in a while there will be a better contemporary show, but almost every time I've been here there is surprisingly little to look at, four or five artists being shown in the entire building, as if they couldn't find enough work to show.
  • A nice building and the museum shop has some interesting souvenir. Don't forget to see the sculpture of Antony Gormley in the garden.
  • The museum house the works of Modigliani's -girl with a pigtail, Soutine,Marc Chaggal,Frieda Kahlo and Diego Rivera.
  • Came here during the art festival.. The exhibition was.. minimalist...
