  • Come to Nagoya, where shall we eat and get lost go here. Komeda but still in Kyushu, previously very rare when you ate a friend here. Always have columns, did not at once. Now that nationwide Komeda, because more and more common, but other Nagoya specialty can eat at the Eska Nagoya's miso katsu, miso nikomi udon, fried food, noodles, rice. More from souvenir and clothing shops including massage so have fun.

  • There are several underground malls connected to Nagoya Station here will especially concentrate food and beverage outlets. A little something for everyone. Convenient so close near Taiko mouth when you get off the bullet train Shinkansen passengers back and forth to eat. Eel that INO dazzling restaurant has good prepared lunch of dazzling. I think even asking them to take home, as well as give the meal so might expect to dine in location, bullet train, will provide a takeout restaurant, not your time.

  • Great place to find shops when exploring. Connected to other buildings linking the area more or less together. Great food shops and a western union that can transfer to bank accounts. It is connected to Bic Camera.
  • Many famous local restaurants including Torikai Sohonke, Yabaton, Yamamotoya-hoten, Ukiya to Komeda coffee and McDonalds. There are a lot of shops as well.
  • Very convenient location right next to Nagoya station, with many places to eat, buy clothes, accessories and souvenirs for travelers and locals passing by.
  • Good place, but more stores closing time are too early.
  • Large, huge to be honest. Good store selection though you really need a map from their website if you're looking for a specific kind of store.

Where to stay in Nagoya

The central district, just south from the castle and its gardens, houses the bulk of accommodations in Nagoya. You'll find a good range of standard hotels, with onsite restaurants, simple rooms, and perhaps a pool in this area. Look slightly to the west, or closer to the castle,to find more luxurious accommodations. Across the surrounding residential areas, take a look close to the metro stations to find some of the most conveniently located, but budget-friendly hostels and guesthouses.
