Busena Marine Park, Nago

3.8
#1 of 16 in Parks in Nago
Explore what lies under the sea without ever getting wet at Busena Marine Park. To see the fruits of the marine park, visitors take a tour on a glass-bottomed boat, and head to the underwater observatory. Both experiences offer sights of a wealth of aquatic creatures, with the glass-bottomed boat primarily focusing on a coral reef and its colorful residents. The underwater observatory sits 170 m (558 ft) away from the coast, submerged at a depth of 5 m (16 ft), and offers sights of a sea grass habitat, populated by clownfish, damselfish, wrasse, and many more tropical and subtropical species. • You walk down a winding staircase about 4m under water and look through part holes. At first it looks cheesy but it is really fun. You see different fish at each port hole so look through all of them....  more »
  • I went and bought in advance by the Pasmo ticket underwater observation tower with a glass-bottomed boat. On the day at 20 percent off, is useful. Walk until the glass bottom boat ticket from 7 to 8 minutes. There is free bus number doesn't get out much like that. Ticket Office staff, glass-bottomed boat entrance staff were somewhat cold reception. Busena is luxury resort and I made is a surprise. Do not know the attitude of the staff was a bit disappointing, but glass-bottomed boat, an observation tower and what is found or throbbing feeling Aquarium is quite different from, and enjoyed it very much.

  • We could walk from the hotel, so I tried it. You could see the fish in its own way is down a spiral staircase in a cylindrical tower while watching the sea. The kids could have fun.

  • Nice, just park at the parking space from the hotel and take the free (wood)bus to the observatory - Price is ok. Also you get fish food on the pier for 100Yen - that's more bang for the buck
  • Smalll place but you can enjoy the scene
  • Come and see the fish under the sea together.
