#7 of 26 in Parks in Nagasaki
Enjoy panoramic views over Nagasaki at Kazagashira Park, a green spot overlooking the harbor with its long suspension bridge. Quiet and attractive, the park features good observation decks. Around 35 minutes walk from the nearest station, the tricky-to-find park rewards your persistence by providing an excellent lookout over the surrounding area. Find the statue of legendary warrior Sakamoto Ryoma with his arms crossed; it stands on peak of the park’s steep hill. Our narrow and steep climb was hard because ryoma statue. Sakamoto ryoma is Japan's most popular historical figures. Well since the heyday of the opening period, Japan. Anyway car park in Nagasaki to the woman: cool, you can see the Mitsui BC mills. Sakamoto ryoma Memorial Museum when you visit as well.

It's a long walk to the top from the nearest tram stop. The night view from the observatory could be amazing, but is unfortunately obstructed by a number of trees. Better night view from Nabekanmuriyama Park.
