Where to stay in Nagahama

With accommodations ranging from traditional Japanese ryokans to Western-style high-rise hotels, Nagahama offers plenty of places to stay. The majority of the city's lodgings lie within walking distance from the station, also putting the main attractions at your doorstep. Traditional lodgings on the waterfront and at the edge of the central park are popular, with many providing onsite restaurants and luxurious private onsens. If you're traveling on a shoestring, a smattering of more modest complexes lies farther back from the waterfront, equipped with all the basic amenities required for a good night's sleep.
