Shrine in Morioka, Iwate Prefectural Office across the street from the gate. Approach including the food and beverage outlets to go through the three Torii shrine. This is the Shrine precincts not spacious but stately and dignified. Also behind the shrine and enshrined a huge boulder that eboshi rock is worshipped as a symbol of good omen.

Located conveniently on the edge of the park, this shrine is a hot spot for food stalls come festival time, especially during Sansa Aug. 1-4. The character at the entrance changes outfits with seasons/events so it is fun to revisit. There is also an Olaf Daruma near the charms/omamori. There is a toilet inside as well, though it feels like trespassing to get to it.

It seems that a good rub on the turtle's back entrance on your left. We have the date wrong, had been filled. Campaigners give away back when I realized that I am not to leave. I'm sorry but remain. Mistakes are going to happen, but I was disappointed.
