Nature / Park
Featuring an observatory as its central attraction, Kasamatsu Park provides a bird's-eye view of Amanohashidate's sandbar. Accessible by a cable car or chairlift, the park remains an ideal place for photography enthusiasts. This scenic spot also serves as the departure point for shuttle buses offering quick access to a Buddhist temple located farther up the mountain. • Approach to cable car station Fuchū station at 9:00 first, arrive five minutes before gave extraordinary flights as soon as possible. About kasamatsu station after arrival, local guide, and show only the buildings near the station, tied at the start behavior categories. The Summit, came the clouds Park, climb up stairs we married couples and crotch voyeurism birthplace. Who went on to guide those who will not come to the Summit. Many people misunderstand kasamatsu Park is near the cable car station. Kasamatsu station where it comes to Fuchu Park and maps, is not at the Summit. I recommend to climb up to the Summit at 留maranaide. From the old Japan Sankei and co. were here a peep in.

  • Great view to see Amanohashidante 天橋立, but no car park here, only accessible by bus
  • It's a very scenic view of amanohashidate but if o had to choose again, i wouldnt visit because of the cost of the train ride. Despite having a JR pass and riding on a JR train, the portion of railroad between fukushima and amanohashidate is privately owned and will set you back 1400 each way.
  • Beautiful place
  • Good view
  • Magnificent views of the landscape with a cute mascot!

Where to stay in Miyazu

The accommodations in Miyazu proper represent a varied and welcoming bunch, with some traditional ryokans and modern hotels clustering around Miyazu station. Some of the upmarket options offer onsite onsens, while budget-friendly ones do not. But a far greater number of accommodations lie along the bay, close to the Amanohashidate land bridge and the station of the same name. The pricier options enjoy views of the sandbar and onsen, while some more standard hotels offer fewer frills for lower prices.
