  • This was my second time to Joypolis while entertaining out-of-town friends. (1) This is NOT a place for young kids. It's for teens to adults. (2) There are height and weight limits to some of the ride...  more »
  • Some interesting rides. Very noisy environment. Fully covered facility, great for rainy or too cold days. We found it too expensive considering the quality and quantity of rides.  more »
  • Was very excited to find another "amusement park" for my 4 year old son. I checked what he could do (given his 104cm height), and felt there would be enough to occupy us for a few hours. Unfortunately...  more »

  • This place was decent. Not bad but expected a lot more from it. It is mainly meant for younger teenagers. If you're over 21, I doubt you would have much fun here. The lines can be long and they make you read safety guidelines before you are able to go on them. It is also pretty dated now, and even was when I went here back in 2008.
  • I went for the Virtual Reality experience with Zero Latency, which was amazing fun and definitely the future. We were six players in the room having a stand-off with zombies. It was 1800yen for 30 minutes but so worth it! Joypolis entrance was 500yen for foreigners (I would probably get the unlimited rides pass if you can afford it)
  • Very fun indoor amusement park. Very long queues on weekends, offers discounted tickets after 4pm or so (check in online first!). Love the Tokyo half pipe
  • Indoor-rollercoaster. Ramp skateboard rollercoaster. Tokyo-ghoul ride (probably change each year). Dark room and sounds ride. Lots of photo booths. Lots of arcade games even in the bathroom. You can also see rainbow bridge from the dining area.
  • Fun place. Good food around also.
