  • Doing glass related exhibitions at the Suntory Museum, once a year, to see the great work that you can. When I came ago the saw w.a glass works. I went to the Museum of glass in the next day, went to see the exhibition "garage and glass of the Qing dynasty emperor who loved" on this trip, (Hokkaido, Toyama, Ishikawa in glass nice! ). Roppongi and Hakone glass tour route in the Kanto and guests can enjoy sightseeing, spas and!

  • Tokyo is not only a food and play, but also a very cultural side of the arts! But the art is really shining, ¥1300, but the exhibits are not much, fortunately the water is still very high.

  • It's museum of art which holds varuouse exhibitions because there is not permanent one. It's quite nice but really pricey for what you can see (place is not too big) also text descriptions in English are far simpler than Japanese ones so not knowing Japanese you are loosing a lot of informations which is a bit pity.
  • One of my favorite museums in Tokyo, beautifully designed galleries and just the right size. Some exhibitions focus on crafts like glass or porcelain that I'm not so interested in, but it's also put on revelatory exhibitions of relatively obscure but important artists or on interesting themes. The biggest plus for visitors is that there is always an English (and maybe Chinese?) audio guide available, which is worth it if you really want to know more about what you're seeing. Unfortunately, not all major museums in Tokyo make the same effort. On the same floor of the shopping mall are a number of stores selling Japanese crafts and products, so can get some eclectic souvenirs as well.
  • As the last reviewer stated, it does depend on the exhibit you get to see as none are permanent. The one we saw was fun and our kids loved the artist's colorful eclectic style. Overall, it's a museum; you've seen one, you've seen them all.
  • No permanent collection so reviews will be highly dependent on what they're showing. When I visited it was ¥1300, for a decent sized and well presented exhibit of Akita Ranga style paintings.
  • Very good! Fantastic!
