  • I went to the galleries and showrooms around the globe, but, like, every time a pleasant fresh and creative thinking to explore the exhibition is a kick-start. This is where the exhibition is always ' discover newness in the familiar exhibition ' help. AU, adult children would do at least one thing or something very wonderful places that present a new perspective, and my very own treasure hideaway ~:)

  • The "21 - 21 Design Sight" is the second project we saw in Tokyo , designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando : The first one is Omotesandon Hills (see separate review) . Located in the small lovely Mi...  more »
  • Important exhibits does not fit to my location from Roppongi near Midtown soon building and the surrounding atmosphere is very sophisticated was. Well this is subjective and will at any given time there are changes to the contents of the exhibition would touch said again or maybe go to other art spaces.

  • I like the off-the-beaten path feel of this place. The garden leading to the museum is peaceful and offers a scenic backdrop to the modern architecture. The entrance fee is a little on the high side considering that this is no Louvre. Completing the exhibits is a very doable thing and there is generally a feeling of that's it?! at the end. But I did enjoy a selection of the curation.
  • 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT was born as a place to come up with and suggest design ideas with a focus on routine events and happenings. Pronounced “two-one two-one design sight.” Opened in 2007. It is managed by three directors who are all designers normally working in different fields (designer Issey Miyake, graphic designer Taku Satoh and the product designer Naoto Fukasawa), as well as an associate director (the journalist Noriko Kawakami). Designed by Tadao Ando, the building is envisioned as a sheet of folding steel. Sitting elegantly on the lawn next to Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi, around 70% of the concrete structure is actually underground, and integrates the longest sheet of double-glazed glass in Japan. Inside, the space seems far bigger than the subtle exterior. If you deems the content is appropriate please leave the review with a like.
  • One of Tadao Ando's masterpieces The architecture and the design projects inside this installment is quite captivating, is a good visit that lasts around 1.5 hours. You can see master architect Tadao Ando's design and craftsmanship while experiencing other artist/designer's work. 日本建築師安藤忠雄的偉大作品
  • An architectural gem, small ( but much b bigger inside) exhibition space/ museum, designed by Tadao Ando. Located right in front of Tokyo Midtown. Must go for the architecture.
  • Very nice contemporary art museum! Go!
