  • I visited the 'Athlete' exhibition at the museum and was completely blown away. First things first, I'm an athlete, not by profession, but I've always been into sport and currently run marathons, so t...  more »
  • Another trip visited 21 21. The theme of the exhibition is not much impressed by opportunities in sports, however, remained at the height of the exhibition complex, even from such a narrow topic managed to squeeze out of interest to a broad group of viewers. Computer simulation in sport theme has proved to be very interesting. In test mode, the left wing of the complex was opened.

  • The museum is published as if it shows design of objects. While in fact it shows few objects, and discusses in lengthy text various attributes of them. It repeats itself, and most analysis is quite obvious. It might fit kids, or young people.
  • The location is easy to get, the building itself is beautiful, I was visiting the exhibition of Issay Miaki, it was really well designed in terms of the content and the exhibition itself.
  • Cool art gallery owned by Issey Miyake. The entire gallery is underground. It's not huge but they usually have exhibits that are semi interactive. Definitely worth checking out if your in Roppongi and have an hour or two to kill.
  • Hard to rate as there is no permanent collection, but the Ando architecture of the building itself is worth a visit, and when I visited, the civil engineering exhibit was superb - including incredible cutaways of Shibuya and Shinjuku stations, and videos celebrating Japan's engineering heritage.
  • Interesting exhibit on domestic bits and bobs. Building is worth a look, has a reading area inside. Not many books with English in them and the writing accompanying the exhibit seemed a bit flat. I enjoyed it though a nice look at some Japanese history, just don't go looking for academic clarity.
