  • Located on a hill, the view is very good. Bench, breakfast good. Some coffee shops at the entrance of the Park.

  • Park and playground equipment without, children is Araba grass and play. It is a park for adults. It is extremely pleasant place. I think that the name suggests a Saigo residence took place.

  • So could perfectly see Mt. Fuji from the Meguro Meguro-Ku, general building rooftop gardens 15 stretched the legs to saigoyama Park. Mount Fuji seen from the Park I went hoping I had found so far was said. Alone can, however, see the fraction of the peak of Mt. Fuji on the Bill, was a great disappointment.

  • A beautiful, concealing place to sit. Great for hanami. Feels like the top of Tokyo, as it's set just back from the edge of a cliff.
  • What I like about this small park is that it's on the crest of a hill, so you get a view of the city. Not massive, but enough to make you feel 'above' the town...
  • Beautiful, secluded park. Come at twilight for the best light.
  • Great park for picnics. I came here with my teammates for hanami. It was a different vibe from Yoyogi because most people coming to this park are the residents from the neighborhood.
  • Small but clean park, full of toads at night in summer. Dating site for shy couples. You get a view on Tokyo, the park being on top of a hill, but it's not a great view. Some props for kids to play, convenient toilets.
