  • From enjoying the sightseeing in Matsushima in the local landmarks famous Rui Daihonzan (was); Zuiganji Temple and pass through the gate in a roadside tea shop is lined with famous folk song. There was no excitement and see so much as a tourist destination.

  • The Temple of the Rinzai Myoshinji Temple sect, is Matsushima. Yen Jin Shou-Kannon Bodhisattva also known as Matsushima Temple, Temple, Temple, kaiki "Octavia (transfer)" in 0/828 (828,) was built in. Basho Festival held on the second Sunday of the 11-year. Admission is adults 700 yen, children 400 Yen. Hall (the former Hojo) Onarimon gateway annex and main corridor 2 is a national treasure. Near the 5-minute walk from JR senseki line Matsushima-Kaigan station. For ongoing repairs of up to 3/2018 (tentative), some open to the public is limited. Calms the mind, dominate the area and quiet atmosphere... (and think).

  • Beautiful temple atop a hill! en route you will pass by a cemetery. The tombstones are in immaculate condition! The temple is in great condition, obviously great care has been taken in maintaining it. the view towards the Bay is fantastic from this high up.
  • Under heavy renovation as of Oct 16. The buildings are impressive, but I prefer the gardens next door.
  • Great place for a stroll among historic monuments.
  • Currently mostly under renovation. The lacquer shrine is very pretty, and the onsite museum has an imposing samurai statue.
  • Autumn leaves lighted up. Great satisfaction to a mysterious light. Inspiring world of fall foliage, especially reflected in the pond. My wife was satisfied by its beauty.
