  • As the Middle down in the Hiei mountains end Kurama station, head to Kurama-Dera Temple there. Osugi of the sacred tree is visible through the gate and enter the gate, was overwhelmed by the sense of existence. Approach has been properly made snow a very pleasant visit we hope.

  • It is recommended that you go on foot through Yuki shrine with the ropeway when going through the mountain to the kibune shrine from the pommel horse, so hopefully. Kurama Tengu are sold here face key ring fortune is 500 yen, but please take a look at buy. It is to me very nice souvenir.

  • So far the Kurama Yuki shrine, always become back burner. I went to Kyoto on the day of the Festival, we try to. Yuki Shrine at Kurama considerably. For the rear of the sanctuary in the great cedar trees. Let's pray Cedar prayer so. Las Fallas is unable to stand, would be difficult and not a good Walker. It takes time until the climax. Also the train line. Have spare time on the go.

  • Visited the shrine 3 times: once during the day, and twice for the Kurama Fire Festival. All of the times I visit this place, I feel transported back in time. It's a wonderful place.
  • There are two huge trees and shrine. That was cool.
  • Beautiful shrine in the woods on the hike up to Kurama Temple. Tengu everywhere!
  • Kurama Fire Festival is a Festival feel magnificent. But turnout is much too, unable to move.

  • The first shrine to Kurama-Dera Temple head from the station. This amulet amulet made from skin of osugi I can't see in the other good souvenirs.
