  • It is a history museum specializes in bakumatsu and the Meiji Restoration. Edo a patriot of the restoration, Emperor feudal lords, Nobles and other relics and literature collection about 5,000 points. Is the founding Director of the educationalist of Panasonic founder Konosuke Matsushita, is.

  • This museum tells the story of the end of the Meiji era and the Tokugawa Shogunate Unfortunately the Museum does not have a lot of information in another language, only in Japanese, but has a magnificent collection of pictures, clothes and paintings of that period a must-see if you are in Kyoto is worth the return

  • In Japan only in restoration & Museum. Relic sword and cut the ryoma and the Meiji Restoration Patriots such as exhibits. Also "black ships" came from easy to understand historical actors, Meiji Restoration, has been presented. And sole, that deeply exhibits from a more technical point of view, the fewer academic exhibits, such as incised in the history? I wonder if 700 yen was a little bit high.

  • No english but definitely worth going to because the walk up to it is amazing. Quite small but if you can understand the language it seemed informative.
  • Climb up onto the Hill and worth a visit if you like history is hard there is. Exhibits include the sword but the Sakamoto ryoma thing, like the end of shogunate. There is a grave of Patriots scattered near the end of Edo period.

  • Steep slopes like Edo period is recommended! Because there is a description of the history with Mr./Ms. Sakamoto ryoma's sword and video during the Edo period is not too sure who can be enjoyed, and close to Mr./Ms. Sakamoto ryoma and takasugi shinsaku I of there are grave
