  • As already written the Daitoku-ji complex is worth a visit only if you love gardens. Within the complex you will also find this temple, Ryogen-in, famous for its small but extraordinary five zen gardens. Here you will see even the smallest rock garden of Japan, Totekiko. Here there are no tourists and you won't find descriptions about no guide. They give you on the other hand a flyer with descriptions in English. Observe the timetable of the Daitoku-ji and the ticket costs 400 YEN.
