  • Fall persimmons Hall is noise and hubbub and crowded with no charm. So there's nothing without to see especially kankyo no traces of the poet in place. If why it is not good. Is a building in front of the building of basically standing still in the quiet countryside... filled with a foreigner in Asia series. It was where just noisy. Some guidebooks admission is 200 yen is apparently the complaints of their organizations at the entrance says hubbub.... I felt kind of 250 Yen is just loud and not worth a 25 yen.

  • Poetic, peaceful and historically important. A tiny yet beautiful place where to rest and meditate!
  • If you're interested in Japanese literature, this is worth a visit.
  • So far only poets like Basho is visiting at least once. New chance light green-leaves, came across this phrase, I became like a haiku. Best short poem. By all means stop by.

  • In Basho's disciples, Mukai kyorai Soan, to stay also place temporary building was rebuilt in the late Edo now is a thing. Sagano field between stands alone. Admission is open year-end and new year holidays except at 250 yen (except for winter 9-17). It would be nice to drop in Sagano, jakko-ji Temple and stroll along the way from Arashiyama. Pretty crowded with people around a mature persimmon has a camera.
